VISUAL ARTS Vernissage + Performance by Kasha Potrohosh

The visual arts vernissage and performance by Kasha Potrohosh will open two collective exhibitions under the auspices of the Šopa Gallery in Košice and another exhibition under the auspices of Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín.

VERNISSAGE: CIRCULATION

The group exhibition “Circulation” presents diverse artistic approaches focused on the relationship between humans and time. The works use natural themes and materials to express the constant transformation of the world and the concept of flux. Some works explore identity through natural elements, while others reflect cultural identity. Intuitive photographs and performative walks allow visitors to delve into a deeper relationship between humans and nature.

Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín’s Art Management is co-organizing this collective exhibition of young art from the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Šopa Gallery: We’ll Meet at Dawn

The exhibition project “We’ll Meet at Dawn” presents the current work of three contemporary visual artists – Lena Gallovičová, Rácha Jutka, and Tatiana Takáčová, with whom the Šopa Gallery has collaborated recently. Through various visual approaches in photography, painting, and installation, we invite you to journey through landscapes: natural, cultural, internal, fairy-tale-like, or influenced by technologies and social networks.
